First of how about returning your phone calls . Still waiting on Don to CB with a solution after all he said the disaster is half their fault. It’s more like 95 percent !!!! Also reached out to the owner Syed who always was the first to ask us how everything went but not this time . Customer Service is not their priority! The truck in question has been in their shop since last September every time we brought it in they say they “fixed” it . Well if we didn’t turn around and bring the truck back the same day it was back in their shop within a week or two . Fast forward $3000 later they now want $12,612.23 to fix But since they are “HALF” at fault using DON’s words we can pay $7000 and they will eat the rest ! That’s not half and who is to say they would even do the right thing. The right thing would be to give us our money back that we spent over the past few months ! I mean a call back would have went a LONG way Don’t trust these people they will just rip you off! They are money hungry not customer satisfaction. As for entering the invoice number which one do you want we have several not that you care !

0730 check in was done quickly.I was advised that the brake fluid will need to be changed at $89.I felt comfortable that the Midas men knew what they were doing and did not attempt to up sell or add on unneccesary services to my bill.
Give upfront pricing for extra oil . The tech left my keys in his pocket pulled ap and I drove off then after stopping at my niebors . I could not restart my car . And the worst is its been 3 days and I am still smelling oil. Burning..

Bought a Groupon for oil change. Husband went in for appointment . Said he had a Groupon and they said it’s not needed. Ended up paying over $79$ and Midas will not take Groupon the next day. So lost $79 plus Groupon they won’t reimburse.
It was still a little bit on the pricey side, even after using a Groupon, so I was a little bit disappointed with that, because I could've gotten it for the same price somewhere else without the Groupon

Don got me right in without an appointment for an assessment, and I returned 3 days later for test results. My tire key was lost. Discovered when I left there and went to discount tire to buy new tires went back to Midas immediately they could not find the tire key. They did replace all the tire locks and gave me a new key. However the managers comment when I asked, why would they not return the key to the plastic Envelope provided he said oh they’re just kids. I do not want kids working on my car so I will choose somewhere else to have my car serviced in the future.
I came in without an appointment for an oil change which was done, but also was advised of a serious brank issue which they were able to take care of without a problem and have me out of there is a reasonable amount of time with all service completed. Very reasonable price and very good service

The "manager" older man. he was late to work. check in was 7:30 am and he showed up at 8-8:15am. he did not check in with anyone just sat down and called "who's next".The younger guy who worked on my car communicated very well and explained everything he was doing to my car. the older manager did not tell me anything regarding my car. I made an appointment online. There was no 30 min business response so I went to the shop at 7:30. There was no greeting. Dan and William were at the front. I was told I needed an appointment upon mg arrival. I made an appointment for 3:00 next day. Arrived for appt and car was not moved to the bay until 3:30. I asked for my keys. Made another appointment for 0730. I arrived first but 2 other vehicles were pulled into the bays who arrived after me. I asked questions of Dan and he told the tech not to pull into the bay after waiting. I asked what the tech was doing and what was the hold up. Dan who is a racist and high strung told me not to bring my car back because I told him it appeared to be doing things in a preference for the 2 white males who arrived after i did.

Basically everything was great. Good communication by the service staff. They did an inspection and told me I needed a new air filter. No problem there.I asked them if the inspector included a tire rotation. I was told yes.When I got home I noticed that the tire rotation was not done.Other wise everything else was fine.
When I first moved here a year ago, I called them to get something checked out to be replaced. They were so honest, they told me it didn’t have to be replaced it was just unplugged. I’ve been going there ever since. Honesty means a lot to me.I HIGHLY recommend this Midas

I explained I have synethic blend he said no we only go by dealership I said it’s all I have t gotten from there as well so he proceeded to call dealership on speaker but again he was proven wrong about only taking full synthetic. Then continued to tell me it shouldn’t be that way where u can choose. When I picked it up he tried again to charge me for full and I said no, I should him the Groupon and he said well we are going to stop doing those for the blend anyway

He was very polite on the phone and quickly resolved a small problem in scheduling. At the appointment three days later, he was again very helpful, not only to me, but to other customers who arrived while my car was being serviced. Really helpful for that location. The person who took the photos of the work that could be done in the future was also very helpful.
I had been to two highly recommended muffler shops and was disappointed in both. When I took my 85 Toyota Supra to Midas, they said, no problem, we will put an OEM muffler or equivalent on your car. And they did! I should have come to Midas first; it would have saved me a lot of frustration. Way to go Midas Muffler!
This Midas shop is very well and efficient and clean. All the staff members are professional and friendly. The diagnosis of my problem was done quickly and the cost of my repair reasonable. They began work on my vehicle as soon as I arrived and competed the work in a reasonable period of time.

tech damaged tranny oil pan, Midas replaced at their expense, but when tech replaced pan he caused another leak on an adjacent cover, it will cost me nearly $1,000 to get it properly repaired. Given the power work at this Midas I took the car to another shop where they have certified mechanics to do the job.

After waiting five minutes for someone to come to the service desk, I saw the service manager on his cell phone in the service area. Shortly after, he saw me and came to the desk. I informed him that I had an appointment and he proceeded to get my vehicle into the service bay. He then got on his cell phone saying "hi bud, what's up". A few minutes later, another customer arrived and after about five minutes, I went to the service door where he was still on the phone with his back to the desk area. I opened the door and got his attention and made him aware of the customer after which he returned came to deal with customer. After they left, he returned to the service area with his cell phone to his ear. In the meantime, a call on the office phone went unanswered.

Had repair that cost over $1000. Not sure I received best value. On line cost estimations we’re less than 50% of price charged.
I made an appointment and was told it would take an hour. Two and a half hours later the car was not completed. The manager was unorganized and the mechanic had no urgency bouncing from vehicle to vehicle. The manager got in to check the mileage, which should have been done when the vehicle was dropped off, and almost started the vehicle with no oil in it. Neither the manager or the mechanic knew how to reset the service interval warning. Coupon was not honored and the only given a $10 discount off $40 instead of $29.99 coupon. I asked for them to check for a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. It wasn't done until I asked about it while still waiting for my vehicle and then I was told it was a piece of plastic that was loose. The noise check was done by a flashlight and hitting the car with his hand. Horrible experience from start to finish.

The drop off was easy. I received multiple text updates when they had my car. The prices were given quickly for the air filter add on. They finished my service very fast. The employee was friendly and the check out was fast.
The service item was to be repaired in December of 2021. Engine was overheating and subsequently negatively affecting the air conditioner. A new radiator fan and control module were installed and appeared to fix the problem. However when 95 degree plus weather returned, so did the problem. On 6/24/22 the control module resistor was found to be burned out again and was replaced on warranty, however labor was not covered. Within driving 10 miles from the repair shop on 6/28 the engine overheated and a/c failed again. Returned to the shop 6/29. We'll see what transpires.

I was promised a free oil change on my next visit, but they did not care whatsoever about that. Next, when I got my car back, it did not start like normal (and still doesn't). I have a prius and you should be able to just get in, put your foot on the break and start it. Now I have to actually put my key in and everything manually. I've already contacted customer support about this issue but have not heard back yet. Also, the info on sticker in the top left of the windshield is incorrect. They put current date as 4/22/22 when I went in at 5/27/22.

The technician checked the cabin filter, during which, he spilled the contents of the glove box and failed to put things back.
Had to return for oil leak after one day. Wrong filter had been installed. Oil on garage floor. Fortunate the engine did not get destroyed. Problem was fixed, but this was unacceptable.

Midas You've Lost My Business
You can not. I came in for an oil change and left with a concerning new noise. When I returned I was told that I would need to pay to have this new noise diagnosed. I may be female but I'm not stupid. I determined that this was just a ploy to get me to spend more money. If I didn't come in with the noise, the noise had to be the product of something done to the vehicle while it was getting the oil change.
It all began with Shawn the mechanic that serviced my car a year or two ago. He was the best mechanic I have every had. He was honest, and followed up after the work was done. Shawn left Midas. It doesn't matter if there were personality issues. That almost made me change shops. That made me sad, because there hasn't been a mechanic there to step up and take his place and be as effective as he was. Don said he has other mechanics there that can be as effective. I will watch to see if they are as customer-friendly, honest, and skilled as Shawn was. I look forward to finding out how well Midas will take care of me and my 5 vehicles that I take there.

They advertise great prices on oil changes and have coupons but no matter what vehicle you bring them they always tell you that he dealer recommends full synthetic oil and they won't put anything else in but that and even if you bring them a 4 cylinder car
